This Privacy Policy explains the policy of Walfish & Fissell PLLC (the Firm) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we receive through this website (walfishfissell.com).

Except as otherwise stated in this paragraph, the Firm does not collect any personally identifiable information when you visit the website, such as your name or contact information. If you provide information to us by email or otherwise, we may use it to respond to your inquiries; to provide you with legal advice (if you are a client of the Firm); to contact you about legal or law firm developments (unless you tell us not to); to monitor and analyze our business or website operations; and to comply with any applicable laws. From time to time the Firm sends out informational emails to contacts of the Firm or its personnel; the third-party programs that manage these mailings collect information available to the Firm about the email recipient’s response to the email, including whether the recipient has opened the email, which links in the email, if any, the recipient has clicked on, and which pages, if any, of our web site the recipient has visited.

We will not share your information outside of the Firm without your permission, unless you consent to share it with third parties working on our behalf to serve you, or we are required to share it to provide you with a service that you requested or to comply with any applicable laws or court orders.
